I have a question about the subject, can a character that can easily dodge bullets be upgraded to Supersonic Speed?
Because I noticed that in many verses, there are characters who can dodge bullets easily, but can't calculate (whether due to camera angle, perspective and others as well), so I wonder if these characters can push up to Supersonic Speed?
