Logic would dictate Low 2-C, but in reality on its own, nothing. You would require further feats to justify giving them any Power or Tier, as fiction has multiple characters who are time or other abstract concepts but punch in a weight class far below what you expect from such a character.

Just because works of fiction have embodiments of time that aren't low 2-C doesn't mean it would apply to every single verse, thats a massive false equivalency, it should be low 2-C by default unless shown otherwise

No it isn't. Becoming a temporal dimension has no tier of its own.

Depend son the abilties earned, not all embodiment have control over it, or can destroy it, or are immirtal with it.

Logically at worst, as in, you are a physical being super connected to time, you'd still have mentally temporal omnipresence or something.

So at absolutely worst, you get a sweet pre and postcogniction
