Could R>F transcendence be granted to a structure that still had space time and structure?

And if so what would be the necessary level of R>F transcendence? Could it be possible if the structure just viewed the space times below it as books and words on a page?

A structure can have r>f while still having space-time. However, the space-time of the transcendental realm needs to be completely above the transcended realm's system of space-time.
Tldr: You just have to prove true R>F and what i previously mentioned will come to you automaticaly

Only if you have solid evidence that the higher realm is completely unreachable and unaffectable by the lower realms while also not having any anti feats for Outerversal
