which one is our new high outerversal?

A: infinite outerversal transcendences. for example a hierarchy made of infinite beings. each one having outerversal transcendence to prevous one. as result they have infinite outerversal transcendences

B: someone transcendental to entire of outervseral beings in a verse. be it 10 outerversal beings or 2

C: perceiving a outerversal being as 10-B

High Outerversal, to put it simply, is being completely inaccessible by an, usually, infinite Outerversal hierarchy.

Think of it like this, there's an infinite staircase and the first step of that staircase is baseline 1-A (Aleph 2) and each subsequent step is an infinitely above the previous one (step two would be Aleph 3, step three Aleph 4, and so one to Aleph omega [infinity]). A High 1-A character would be someone who completely transcends the staircase altogether, it being an infinitesimal spec in comparison.

And while having an infinite 1-A hierarchy would make getting High 1-A easier, it's not necessarily requisite. There are cases where you could get High 1-A without an explicit infinite 1-A hierarchy.

Being transcendental to entire Outerversal beings in a verse, would just make you a higher 1-A. As would perceiving a 1-A being as a 10-B. It doesn't give you High 1-A rating, at least not on its own.

Transcending the concept of dimensions is very vague, and without any context it'll, at most, give you Low 1-C. In order to get to 1-A without infinite dimensions (that are in turn treated as qualitatively superior) you need some very solid evidence.
