At least twice now marvel has stated that all reality-warping is either magic at its core or, at least in part, magical in nature. Assuming this is meant literally would it mean all reality warpers gain limited magic if they arent a true magic user?

I honestly completely disagree with this, there are alot of instances of characters reality warping through science and meta-narrative and whatnot. It could very well be an uneducated statement, or a context-dependent one

I think Hulkling's claim there isn't anything more than hyperbolic :/, and like, sure, Kaplan has magic, there are alotta other characters with reality warping that this shouldn't apply to tho

That’s technically not hulkling that’s Doom in his body which imo lends it a little more credibility but nonetheless it still makes little to no sense regarding the rest of the verse

That doesn't apply to most, honestly. Legion is mutant by nature and Sentry/Molecule Man are able to manipulate it because they control the "molecules of the world".

I think that shouldn't be taken at face value for many reasons because it sounds a bit too much like a hyperbole of sort.

Also a bit odd for Doom to say something like that imo

I think there has been a statement at certain points that extremely high level science is akin to magic (which is a real world sentiment as well), could just be a reference to that

it could definitely be that as well. I wasn't trying to argue for characters to get this just asking because I saw these two statements and thought they were strange
