Question Regarding Ancient of Days' reasoning for 2-A

This will go onto the Questions and Answers feed since I don't think there's enough evidence to make a content revision thread and instead I'm asking question.

"At least Multiversal+ (As an avatar of YHVH, Ancient of Days should be comparable to the likes of Kagutschi)"

Why should avatars scale to one another? For example, Darkseid's avatars vary widly in power yet they all come from the same True Darkseid. It doesn't make sense how one should scale one to another just because they are both avatars of the same being. I mean, unless if avatars of YHVH consistently scale to one another, I see no reason to scale Ancient of Days to Kagutschi.
