They're made literally years later and they'd case massive inconsistencies with how even the official sources made from Toei (like Xenoverse/Heroes) treat them.Seeing as the movie are included in Toei Goku's profile now shouldn't that include Battle of Gods and Ressurection F?
They're technically Z films after all and official Toei sources have mentioned it when discussing GT's timeline.
If the movies were part of the Anime/Toei community the fact that the Super anime, which is a separate continuity from Toei, remade the movies won't mean anything.Wouldn't those not count because they are made like 'non canon' by the fact they are redone by the anime and there's changes to them?
Also I don't really think they qualify as 'Z films' since they are explicitly super, no?
It may, however that doesn't change the fact that doesn't make any sense.Dragon Ball Chōzenshū 4: Super Encyclopedia, Shueisha's official dragon ball timeline and Toei's own website refer to BOG as part of the same continuity as GT.
Exactly, since we already accept toei DBZ continuity as including every single first thirteen DBZ film as canon to Toei's timeline, and those already contradict a bunch of timeline stuff, like Piccolo and the humans being alive during tree of might which takes place after Saiyan SagaIt may, however that doesn't change the fact that doesn't make any sense.
Like, there's a ton of contradictions and power scaling and just pure nonsense that stops that from even remotely being logical.
If nothing like supports it being canon beside the timeline and it's inclusion would just make it completely nonsensical, why would we include it?
