question about Tiering System

So what i Mean is how low tier win higher tier lose (i'm bad at explainig thing) what i Mean is example xeno Goku tier 2-A vs rimuru tier 2-B i "HEARD" a lot of people say rimuru win is it because ability/skill so if rimuru win wouldn't that make him tier 2-A or is it still in debate. Idk I'm still new to this website so i have a lot of question

It depends, Goku has much much higher physical stats than Rimuru (literally infinitely so) but if Rimuru has hax or options that can bypass or ignore Goku's raw durability then a match can be made of them. That's why Zen'o could get a match with a 4-B, even though he could blast her away just by looking at her wrong. It's because the 4-B had Existence Erasure that she could activate with a thought that Zen'o does not resist. A similar logic can thus follow.

It's a debatable fight imo (well on this wiki at least, ppl getting xeno goku to complex multi off-site somehow). As GoldExPoints said, goku has better stats. He also has better range, but rimuru wins IQ, battle IQ and hax. Dont know how the fight would go if goku has access to the keysword....

Ok, I'll put an example for you.

Let's supose a virus infects and kills you. Does it mean that the virus itself can, for example, break a stick (since you can do so)? No, because the virus killed you ignoring your physical durability: attacking your cells without directly damaging your body.

The same happens between Goku and Rimuru. If Rimuru defeats him, it's not because Rimuru is strong enough to kill Goku, but because he has abilities which could kill Goku without the need of phyisically damage him
