Question about the the Mangekyō Sharingan's dimensional travel

Can the Mangekyō Sharingan teleport the user only from the normal world to the kamui dimension and vice versa or can it be used to travel to and escape from other dimensions too ?

Example: Could Kakashi travel to and out of Doctor's strange(MCU)'s mirror dimension ?

The mangekyo gives a unique power for every user, so most could not.

The kamui would however be able to, since it was also capable of traveling in-between kaguya's dimensions. It would use up a lot, and I mean a lot, of stamina.

For Obito to travel to another dimension he stated he will have to make a connection with the space time manipulation using his own manipulation

He can leave other dimensions freely tho but it's a different story for trying to travel to them if he doesn't already know where it is

What Astral said and iirc bigger the dimension is it costs more chakra.

The size of it was never really stated to have anything to do with it.

Yeah, I remembered his comment about Kaguya's dimensions but it cost extra chakra because it isn't his dimension.
