Question about the Scarlet witch (MCU) tier

The scarlet witch prophecy states she could do so if she follows that path but she simply just doesn't and verbally states she doesn't care about shit at all to Wong and that she just wants her boys

Nothing she does in the movie goes to the fruition of the prophecy she even erases the darkhold in every universe to actively prevent that from happening and anyone being tempted by it's power at the end

That's a common thing in stories for big prophecies of destruction to be told for people to avoid them even if they directly aee involved and in Wanda's case she stated expressly she had no intention of gaining the power to destroy and rule the cosmos

even if it was a prophecy , atleast we can give her a potential key with tier 3 or 2 like sinbad (magi)

No we can't we don't give hypothetical tiers
+ dr strange and wanda should get low 2-C environmental destruction. Because their actions could destroy the universe similar to what if dr strange and the alternate dr stranges in MoM

No they shouldn't because the details of events that led to the destruction of said universe when the Illuminati was explaining what happened to their were very vague and almost non-existent with us not even getting a timeframe for them literally we were just told that he got the Darkhold dreamwalked to find a way to beat thanos and ended up causing some kind of event to happen that casued the destruction of another universe which is not enough to give him a solid rating even with ED

Ok but still we can give her a potential key for the scarlet witch.

sinbad magi was destined and planned to defeat the higher gods but never did it and he got his 1-B key and im 100% sure that there’s other characters

We actually could reflect this in her profile, it would "simply" be pointless and look bad, but it wouldn't be wrong. It would look like this:

"[The rest of her stats]. Potentially Multiverse level+ under unknown context (Prophesied that the Scarlet Witch would eventually either rule or destroy the multiverse, of which there are infinite universes, but neither of this never came to be and Wanda didn't care to follow this path. It's unknown if she can even retake it if she wanted to, in what way would the multiverse be destroyed, and what is required of her to do this [Ex. prep time, or to keep growing in power over time])"

I suppose so but yeah it'd just as you say it'd be extremely pointless and wouldn't amount to amything but fluff

As long as it was shown, I don't care if it was pointless. We can use it in vs threads for a fair fights with tier 2 characters thats why i care…
Can we decide this by voting?

@chumiminjo If something along those lines is added to her profile, I'm neutral, many should evaluate that. Even if it was added, it could not be used in Vs Threads at all, as we have no idea how does that work, maybe she kills herself along the multiverse, maybe it takes her time doing irresponsible magic in the multiverse to destroy it, maybe it comes off as an explosion from somewhere or maybe it's an AoE thing in which everything would need durability a bit higher than what they already have to survive it.

Vague as it is, I feel there is a case to be made for this. Going by the way we do this, shouldn't this be enough for Wanda to get a 'possibly (tier 3-2)' key? Isn't this why we give additional ratings such as 'possibly (blank)' in the first place, when there is some basis, but it's very vague?

Not exactly.

Rethinking this, this is what I propose:
"[The rest of her stats]. Potentially Unknown under untold context (Prophesied that the Scarlet Witch would eventually either rule or destroy the multiverse, of which there are infinite universes, but neither of this came to be and Wanda didn't care to follow this path. It's unknown if she can even retake it if she wanted to, in what way would the multiverse be destroyed, and what is required of her to do this [Ex. prep time, or to keep growing in power over time]. See Note 1 below)

Note 1: The movie that established this also established a mechanic in which universes destroy themselves via [[Environmental Destruction]] if at least one sentient being in them travels to an alt. universe of their own for too long. The process is Universe level at best, assuming a universe or two get annihilated; the universes' timelines and the higher-dimensional space between them not being destroyed means that it can't be Low Multiverse level. The process is also shown to consider "destroyed" a universe that still has its Earth, as well as buildings, cars, and other structures in it, if everything is in ruins. It's possible that prophecy refers to an evil Scarlet Witch leading to the destruction of the multiverse by establishing a rule over it with beings traveling from their universe into a different one (Similar to how Wanda used inderdimensional demons as minions), exploding this universe-destroying mechanic that Wanda was unaware of. In that case, it wouldn't be Multiverse level+, but far lower, and just Environmental Destruction, but this is speculation and it's still unclear what the prophecy entails in a detailed manner.

I'm pretty much reciting what is there on the Attack Potency page. The bit with the explanation for the additional terms. I don't understand, why wouldn't this be a fit for a POSSIBLY 3 or 2 rating?
There is literally not enough that's given for a possibly rating to be warranted even for environmental destruction @Eficiente perfectly summed this up with his post
