Question About 'The Player'

So there are many 'The Player' profiles on this site, especially for existing verses. My question is, how do we know if we scale 'The Player' to the same statistics (AP, Speed, Lifting Strength, Durability) as the canon characters in verse, like Android 21 in DBFZ? Same for abilities since 'The Player' tends to have the exact same properties for the abilities used by the canon characters as well, like 'The Player' in Dokkan Battle, 'The Player' in Jump Force and both the Future Warriors from Xenoverse and X2.

I want to make a profile for The Player in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers, so I thought this information would be helpful beforehand.
