Has it ever been said that he is superior to bruce in his prime with the suit? I ask this mainly due to the fact that he was losing to a battle with joker in tim's body, physically that it along with martial artistry of course, which was out of its prime and below bruce in his prime

and him being comparable to bruce in his prime without the suit seems highly unlikely (The shows love to support bat god's ego)

So i am asking where exactly are the claims coming from?
