I think so, this is due to a difference in power (but I think this is the only thing that works in Bleach, this issue of greater power is a withstand such an attack soul crush )

But a certain character should have resistance to withstand such a soul-based attack.

Yes, why not?

If the character you are talking about is within Ichigo's range, he will be affected no matter how much his own range is.

This kind of stuff is not about range (usually), but more about resistance and speed.

I don't know about the infinite speed part tho
