Is using a skill to remove resistance or using that skill to ignore the opponent's resistance considered resistance negation?
For example: Character A uses a hidden skill of himself to remove character B's resistance layer, which is capable of infinitely resisting soul manipulation layers. But character A completely erases that infinite resistance layer to attack character B directly.
With ignoring the resistance class like Durability negation, can character A have resistance negation by doing that?
For example, character A has the ability to ignore character B's resistance layers (including infinite layers), so will character A have the resistance negation baseline?
