Question about immo/regeneration

Is it possible to have layers in immo or regeneration hax?

Let's say:
Character A possess X regeneration
Character B possess X negation/anti regeneration for Character A
Character C possess same regeneration as character A, but can still regenerate

Does it grant a layer in regeneration for Character C?
