question about Omnipresence

what is the reaction speed of an Omnipresence being? I mean, infinite and immeasurable beings have that type of raction because it is speed, but omnipresence isn't a speed, so if an omnipresence charachter doesn't have reaction speed feats, it means that an immeasurable char can blitz him since he cannot react to him?

For those with Spatial Presence is kind of difficult to determinate, since they are everywhere and nowhere within its domain they technically do not need to dodge nor travel, so basically everything they use is Perception Speed (preferible measured in time units). Spatial and Temporal Presence is basically passive Immeasurable, so speed is irrelevant.

But isn't limited by the range of the omnipresence?
