It's both, but I don't think it needs to be specified that your mind is destroyed if the verse doesn't have a "disembodied conciseness", or a similar type of mechanic. But if your body and your soul are completely erased but you still regenerate from a disembodied conciseness, or something equivalent, then it's Low-Godly.
