Question about lower and higher dimensional being

My question is can a lower dimensional being let’s say a 3D being go to a 4D space or plane of existence? And if they can would they be flat or the size of an atom what would happen?

Yes, a 3D being can even go to an infinite dimensional space technically, the Tiering System's dimensions are based on size more than anything. Whether on not the 3D being can survive there however is another question and depends on how the transcendence works and the dimensions environment.

Well, higher dimensions don't simply get rid of lower spatial coordinates they just have additional ones. You would perceive the 4th Dimension as 3 Dimensional and wouldn't even be able to interact with a majority of it besides the 3D section.

They wouldn’t be the size of an atom, as atoms are dimensionally the same as the physical universe as far as I know

I think they would just see the 3D aspect of the 4D space and they would just be normal 3D. To a 4D being, they would appear 3D but they would be so insignificant it would be like a 3D being looking at a 2D being/object.

If you were sent to the 4th Dimension you wouldn't notice any differences cause you would still think you were in the 3rd Dimension. After all, you can only see, comprehend and interact with the 3rd Dimension. The 4th Dimensional beings there would either ignore you or simply not notice your presence as you are to them what a 2D Structure is to us.

So essentially going to the 4th Dimension would change nothing, you wouldn't be able to see it understand you even in the 4th Dimension and would likely be ignored.

Ya, the B&W Series had a moment like this;

This time, it was not the Hidden Divine Saber, but the Four-Dimensional Transition. He temporarily went to the Higher Dimensional Space-Time.

Just like the previous contact lenses, this time, Lan Mu wore it on his right eye. Its function was to allow him to enter the high-dimensional space like Yin Xin.

From this, he could find the landing point of Victor from the Four-Dimensional Space to the Three-Dimensional Space. It was on the mother planet of the Zerg.
