Question About Bypassing Durability

If a 3D character can bypass durability with one of their abilities, can they use that ability to damage a being with 4D or higher existence, assuming the first character only has 3D AP?

It's a boring one, but the answer is that it depends. Some loose, general examples would be:
Attacking internal organs? Won't work against HDE.
A weapon or that ignores physical defense? Won't work against HDE.
An ability that attacks a concept? Probably will work against HDE.

Like the concept of karma.
This is extremely vague and I cannot give a specific answer to it.

Applying the effects of a universal concept to a higher-dimensional existence should hypothetically work.

I have a character which is the concept of karma and attacks with pure karma instead of having physical attacks. I wanted to know if I should give it an HDE so it can damage HDE characters in its multiverse still or if I don't need to and can leave it as 3D.

If they are literally conceptually karma as in Abstract Existence Type 1, they would have no spatial dimensions as a concept is not a physical thing.

I didn't think about that. Could they still have a 3D Attack Potency tho?

What about attacking WITH a concept? Like the concept of karma.

The answer is no, it's mentioned in extreme detail on the new immunity page. You guys are free to check this out in detail, the CM1 thing would only affect the portion of them that enters the reality however it wouldn't be able to affect the whole thing
