Infinite speed says something about traveling anywhere instantly which makes teleportation redundant. How does this work in combat speed and reactions?

Question about Infinite Speed in combat

attacks are instantaneous there is no room to dodge it or avoid it. it happens literally in an instant. basically, everything they do happens in 0 seconds thus in a sense they are capable of doing an infinite amount of things within a second or within 0 seconds.
