What's kind of ability does Sougo uses to change Hiryu's precog vision(kamen rider Zi-O ep 43)?Is it fate manipulation or precog resistance?

Sougo's doesn't change Hiryu precog vision, both activated their power at the same time so they countered eachother.

Then what's the ability sougo used.As Kiryu vision Sougo was definitely defeated but Sougo somehow knew that and he had changed that future.

They both used precog vision, the future they've seen meet and nullify eachother.
