When was been stated/show that in Battle of Gods, Goku's stamina had became high enough to use his Super Saiyan 3, with the same effort he would use to enter Super Saiyan 2 in the Buu Saga?

Maybe some interview with Toriyama.But it's only logical that he got SSJ3 stamina under control after all that training,it sure did look like that in match against Beerus

Just a few instants doesn't prove that his Goku had overcome that weakness.

It did look,he wasn't struggling or aynthing.Even against Beerus & FT in both anime & manga didn't look like he had any stamina issue what so ever.
