Question about Genshin Impact's New Tier

Why didn't Genshin Impact get accepted within the 3-B category?

I'm not trying to glaze Genshin Impact, but apart from seeing multiple planets and stars in the Imaginarium Theater, you can also see multiple galaxies.

I think it should be changed from 4-A to 3-B, but that's just my opinion.
