If a giant ancient demon swallows a Hypergiant Blue star with a dust ring in a fantasy light novel, how is that feat calc?

What terms do Magic need in fantasy to be consider real life energy, and very important, if it comes from the same Blue Star?

Ehh... sound like some kind of hax, doesn't seems to be quantificable. The most that can be done is find the Star GBE, but wouldn't be scalable to anything else.

How is it hax? Mmm. The Demon is called the Devourer of Sun's. So he literatly eat it.

Didn't you said that he use a ring? maybe a misundestood that part. Anyway, devouring/destroying the star in one snack/attack, AP would be the star GBE (minimum), but don't known about the details.

The Hypergiant Blue Star has a dust ring around it. He didn't use a ring. (Hybergiant stars are known as the biggest stars in the known universe.)

Do you guys have a GBE list for stars? Or where can I find it?

If you have the size/radious, mass and density (needs two of those dats) you can find the GBE of that start; if not, you can use a real life reference: the Hypergiant Blue with higher GBE written in wikipedia is Cygnus OB2-12, with a GBE of ~11.15*10^42 J (Large Star), but since it has a dust ring, we can compare with HD 37974, that has a GBE of ~5.165*10^42 J (still Large Star)

Thank You. I would assume that the same method is use to calc the other suns, right?

If you have the solar mass and the solar radious just do this: MÔÿë^2/RÔÿë, then multiplied that by the Sun GBE that is 226.688*10^39 J. Otherwise, would need the dats mentioned above to calculate it.
