Question about Durability Negation

Depends on the mechanisms of the durability negation, but generally hax works regardless of durability, unless the character has shown resistance.

That isn't the case when we start getting into higher dimensional beings though.

Depends on how well justified the Durability Negation technique and whether the target can resist it or not.

For example, a sword that can slice through space/spatial dimensions shouldn't really care about the durability of the character occupying said space, so either the character has resistance to spatial manipulation/spatial slicing/dimensional slicing or they get sliced.

Fiamma's Holy Right is not Durability Negation, though.

I would say that Durability Negation works regardless of the strength of the person it is being used on unless said person has show resistances to ____ attack then it should work like Celestial said.

So for your examples

Yes

Probably - Idk if Cell can resist mind attacks

Not durability negation as LazyHunter said.
