So i've been wondering about character AP. If someone has AP of universal because of him fighting someone on that tier, does that automatically make him able to destroy a universe?
For example is Son Goku (Dragon Ball Super). His tier is low 2c and AP of universal+ because fighting someone on that tier, but he has never shown destroying a solar system leave alone a universe. Does this tier and AP automatically make goku able to destroy a universe?
I'm asking this in case someone immortality is reliant on an entire race or universe, would his enemy be able to destroy those said universe just because of the tier or AP?
