Question about 5D

Lets say we have inf 4D structure, we also have second structure which infinitely bigger that it. Does that means second one is 5D or not. If not, then how can we desribe difference between 4D and 5D without directly saying second is 5D?
 
A structure that sees a 4D object in a way that is comparable to a grain of sand, infinitely small and insignificant, could be 5D
