Queen Zeal Speed Upgrade?

So I was reading Zeal's profile and then I saw her resistance to space-time manipulation is via existing in the same condition as the Black Omen, which transcends space-time and exist outside of its flows. Wouldn't this qualify as immeasurable speed? If this gets accepted, would Lavos and the cast scale to her?

Existing in a timeless void does not qualify as Immeasurable speed. There is a rule about that somewhere on the speed page. Additionally, it's not like Queen Zeal has ever demonstrated infinite speed, let alone immeasurable speed while she's outside the black omen. A character with Immeasurable speed refers to someone who can naturally travel forward and backward in time on their own free will, but their own movements alone. Queen Zeal has frequently struggled to dodge attacks that aren't infinite let alone immeasurable speed; so she can't really be anything higher than Massively FTL+, so it's best to keep it the same; she still has resistance to Space/Time manipulation hax though.
