Q VS Bill Cipher

Well it seems as if they both have simiar stats but Bill is shown to have a lot more abilities than Q and with Bill having regen he can out last Q in this fight. The only edge Q has in this fight is his Nigh-Omniscient intell, but even then there's not much he can use it for as All of Bill's weaknesses are only something that's in the Gravity Falls universe or requires Bill to enter Q's mind but there would be no reason for Bill to go in there in the first place.
