Scenario: The Qs have more faith in humanity as proven more or less from his own verse but the Anti-Spirals are less optimistic about humanity from what he's seen from his own and would rather take action against them right away.

Battle takes place in a separate realm to settle their differences. Both bloodlusted.

Not super familiar with the full extent of Q's abilities but from what I remember I would have to give this to the anti-spiral. Creating alternate timelines is way different from spawning a universe where ideas are made of matter and throwing galaxies like ninja stars as casual feats.
