He's not extremely close to reaching High 7A at all actually, stomping multiple 7As doesn't get you that high

Even though a direct hit from Afo would hurt, Garou would be able to survive and adapt through it with his nartial arts skill since Afo fighting styke is just like a normal person. Afo doesnt have any piercing durability feats so what's stopping Garou from slicing him to pieces with cutting fist?
