Punching through the flow time

There is a character in Irredeemable, Mallus, who has the ability to wield tachyon hammers in his fists, capable of sending individuals back in time when hit. The duration of the effect varies from 2 to 3 minutes, depending on the force applied, as described in the comic book. From a technical standpoint, his fists could be considered 3-A, since they affect time and allow characters to be transported through the timeline?

Additionally, would this suggest that characters affected by the punches would have immeasurable speed? And could characters affected by Mallus' punches be considered 3-A?

This is just Time Manipulation and BFR.

Where is immeasurable speed and 3A coming from? All that is happening is him using time manip and sending them away

I heard that affecting time and the flow of time grants 3-A level, just like time itself. He can alter the flow of time by sending those affected by his fists to the past. An example is the Plutonian, who when he saw his 'self' didn't know who it was, until he took a punch and was thrown into the past and realized.
