I was thinking about Homura's Power Drain, and why Wraith Arc, despite fixing the Sayaka and Nagisa issue, never touched upon it.

Then I realized.

That this entire time.

It was literally the thing she wanted.

@Monarch, idk, it could be that the entire memory plot in Rebellion and/or Wraith Arc made her realize that she had that ability, or that absorbing the power of the witches would corrupt her (since they are powered by curses after all)
