So yeah, the sequel have arrived. And we got a lot to work with.
First thing first

Spoiler: The rate of the game

Game of this year probably to me.

1. Hax.

• Raz gets ability to slow down time. As we can see Raz can slow down time of objects, also want to note that later range of it becomes far bigger than a single object. And that Raz can not only slow down time of objects but also accelerate it.
• Paper Raz guys, Paper Raz. I guess this can clarify as Creation.
• Mental Connection. This one is gonna be pretty complicated. Mental Connection is ability to connect 2 thoughts together which is creating new thoughts inside of person's mind/mental world. Ability is often used to change thoughts about some concepts inside of person's mind. So in perspective of real world person you're basically mind/morality haxing him. If it used too much it can even broke person's mind:
• through Mental World point of view this is also a reality warping (Maaaaaybe Concept Manip). For instance I'll use a moment when Raz used his ability on Hollis Forsythe. Previously her mental world was about medicine, medicine related stuff and basically entire world based on her life, typical mental world of any other person. When Raz uses Mental Connection, with changing her thoughts and making Hollis addicted to Casino Mental World changed into this, Medicine stuff mixed up with Casino. RW (or maybe CM/both) should be in like, 4-A if not universal range. If you guys tracking my threads not for the first time you probably remember this. I was mentioning on that thread that Mental Worlds are probably universes with some evidence, but if making it more clear, it contains more than we see. We have pretty much amount of Mental Worlds that contains stars/sky/cosmos inside of themselves. To give more evidence that Mental Worlds aren't just levels/little "pocket dimensions". Here we see proof that there's life inside buildings/backgrounds we're walking through, and we have statement that human's mind is still have much to explore. (Which makes sense, at least via those skies). But I've talked about that ability too long, let's come to some other stuff (Oh yeah it could also be grappling but we got rid of the concept of that ability)
• Did you know (big spoiler alert) Raz got no more curse. Now shortly his curse ain't real and the hand of galochio will actually help from getting drowned instead of putting you in water. That should be limited Water Manipulation for Raz
• He can sense thoughts in real world, that should give Raz Extrasensory Perception
• Raz's resistance should also include resistance to negation of mind manipulation resistance. He resists Psilarium which could even twist mind of Sasha Nein. Sasha could resist confusion effects on him. And have a strict control of his emotions. So he should have resistance to mind manipulation, and Raz resistance to negation of mind manipulation added.
• Raz's mind manipulation abilities should also have negation to mind hax resistance. For several reasons, firstly Hollis and other... person have psychic barriers inside of mental world which are created for a self defense from mind hax, Raz can break them. Secondly upscaling from his own resistance. And thirdly... gonna mention below
• Raz and some other characters should have at least likely ability to enter minds without psycho-portal. Several evidences are in support of this at least for Raz. Firstly Augustus Aquato, father of Raz have entered Raz's mind without Psycho Portal and Raz is more experienced with psychic powers than him, Ford Cruller himself have entered Raz's mind without using Psycho Portal, Hollis and Truman in this memory short are shown to enter mind without using Psycho Portal, and last but not least if you slow down this cutscene, you'll see that Loboto's mind was entered by Raz and others without Psycho Portal (you can't even see Psycho Portal lying around, so it's likely not some mistake). raz also was able to go in mind without psycho-portal in Crossover but shhhhhhhh.With keeping all that I want to tell that Raz and others should at least "likely" be able to enter minds without Psycho Portal. That's important for debate in case if Raz would need to enter the mind of person who's not 18 years or older (such as Ness, muhahahahahahaha). Resistance negation comes here since at least 2 characters (1 of them with some effort) with ability of projecting astrals in human's mind, are shown to enter Raz's mind who is capable of resisting mind hax stuff mentioned above. So this and mentioned 2 eviedences above should make Raz and some of the other cast be able to negate resistance to mind hax.
• Raz's bacon apparently literally summons Ford Cruller so instead of limited telepathy with Bacon, summoning with Bacon.
• Pins. There are a lot of them so I'll cover each: Can make his Paper projection faster (Speed amp), Archetype can self explode (self-destruct), sometimes mental connection would heal you (self-healing), make your punches stronger with one of badge (attack amp), glass canon pin (increases attack but lowers durability), PSI blast stuns opponents (idk how to call it, he can also stun opponents with TK btw), Doubts explode when using Pyrokinesis (explosion manipulation which frankly I planned to add with some Psychonauts 1 evidences also), acceleration of objects instead of slowing down (as mentioned above),
• Raz upgraded his marksmanship to be stronger after charge which I guess is attack amp sort of(?)
• Raz can also heal himself by eating PSI pops
• At last passive summoning for Mental World Raz, since his pure existence in mental world summons Censors and others inhabitants that want to kill you and others. I mentioned that in previous thread for rules, but to make sure, I also want to mention it in P&A.
• He also lost cooldown to all of his Psychic abilities, don't know how to note that though.

I think I that's enough for abilities for now (cause I'm very sure I'll have to cover more).
Now let's move to
2.Stats

• First thing first, Raz was able to fight and beat Maligula, Maligula was able to
• Create a storm out of nowhere which later causes to flood/destruction of entire city.
• Created Giant Water Tornado
• Also controls that giant tsunami
• Raz lifted giant tooth
• Raz also lifted that big metal thing
• And as mentioned in previous thread Raz have dodged laser, that's something I'm planning to calc for myself

Actually yeah, there are.

Lili can get a profile, all of psychic 6 (especially Ford), Sasha, Milla, Forsythe and Oleander, Interns, Maligula herself.

• I'd say it's more paper manip and life manip, as the archetype is alive despite being made of paper (he's also cute)
• Morality/Mind hax is good, remember to explain it in detail with links and else on Raz's profile. You can also add Madness manip to it, since the guy when crazy.
• Not sure about AP, you might call this Environmental Destruction, but it's more like a chain reaction. Mental Worlds, for how real in the Unconsciouss Collective can be, are heavily dependant on the person's mind. In this case, Raz connected thoughts, changing Hollis' ideas and everything, affecting her mind and thus changing her Mental World. Imho, I wouldn't call neither AP nor reality warping, as the change in the world is a byproduct and chain reaction of Raz's mesing with her thoughts.
• I need more details and context about Water Manip.
• ESP is good
• That's just Raz having a resistance stronger than Sasha's, unless you can prove the Psilarium actually negates a resistance instead of overcoming it.
• Same, it's Raz's mind manip being stronger than others' resistance, instead of him actively nulling them.
• Likely entering minds without portals should be good, but the link about Hollis and Truman leads to a removed video. Disagree with resistance null FRA
• Weird summoning bacon is good
• Pins as optional equipment are good
• This is Damage Boost, but it requires a video showing it

• To make things more scarier, yes this is actually in the game, I tested it. And it's apparently was made by creator of Adventurу Time. That's should give Supernatural Willpower for Raz, since he is able to whistand being pregnant, and since Raz endured it several times, since it's implieв he dreamt of it several times.

Something like it, yes. Raz don't exactly calls them into the battle, but as long as he will be in mental world, censors will come here too, cause as you said, he visited territory where he doesn't belong. Some characters are able to hide them or replace so they did not touched the visitors of the mind, for instance same Sasha have strict control over own mind and able to hold them for some extent, Milla was able to hold her nightmares, so they would not hurt Raz or other visitors of her mind, as well as Censors around can be found on level only in some secret places where most people won't go so it was safe for children. Oleander in own mind in his basic training level also as example, there was not censors either so basically if characters are pretty expereinceв mind manipulators/mental world visitors. They can hold back the danger, as well as sometimes it can be basically bypassed, such as mind hax of Oleander on Boid which caused Milkman level where there was some sort of defense system/censors, you could pass through them in some way, and at some part ignored Raz's existence because of another being who shouldn't be in mind either (aka Milkman). Also hypnosis on Loboto and Brainwash of the Lake Monster Fish where Oleander's remote projection was actually considered as good because of his brainwash. In other words, verse equalization makes someone's mind have "defense system", which still can be occurred in battle between 2 characters even iа being bypassed as well.

Uh huh, well nevertheless, all have been suggested to be calced, so that can be waited to the moment of being calced, atm I'll lead my opinion to the point of being scaled still at least because everything have basically same power source (like, either it will be telekinesis, hydrokynesis, pyrokinesis, character wastes same psychic energy/source and considering that Maligula is basically embodiment, concept of "evil", or you could say "anger" (again really short and without much spolers), she wasn't holding back on Raz either (just to use example, where character have some good cloud feat, but was holding back on character, Mother 1 Gyigas and Ninten, Mother 1 Gyigas is High 7-C via cloud feat, but Ninten doesn't scales because Gyigas was holding back, and not wasted his full power on Ninten)).

I'm not sure if those evidences are enough, you better ask more people.

For now at least pretty much legit statement, makes me feel sure about it (also because there wasn't much of problems on Yoshimitsu's laser feat from Tekken because of laser being similar to well, laser, on previous Tekken thread Gladly, because Yoshimitsu is Tekken's best treasure and now more laser dodging Tekken feats.)
