Proposal for a new tier

I've noticed that Tier -1 has an opposite in the form of Garbage Tier, but Tier ∞ does not have an opposite.

Therefore, I request that we have "Tier -∞" for OCs that are deliberately made to be hilariously weak.

I am aware that lower numbers is supposed to equate to higher power when it comes to tiers, so if need be we can have this be Tier ∞ and rebrand the currently existing antithesis to Tier -∞.
