Professor Paradox (Ben 10) VS The Doctor (Doctor Who)

I would vote Paradox as he is capable of traversing the multiverse without the use of a vehicle.

You wouldn't be able to define anything here, since Paradox barely has any feats. And HerpDerpMapleSerp, even if Paradox transverses the multiverse without a vehicle doesn't mean he has the advantage just because of the lack of equipment usage.
