For the same reason The Demon no longer has a chainsaw for his optional equipment, wrestlers who have only possessed an item once in their extremely extensive careers, and have never used it in combat (eg only in one entrance) probably shouldn’t have it listed as equipment

I feel that if the audiences and judges are not stopped then it is questionable to consider it as Time Stop unless it is specifically noted. As far as I know, the handsome monkey king has similar ability

pretty sure this is just labeled as Status Effect Inducement and not Time Stop since nothing else is stopped except the person.
 
Is “limited time stop” not used for freezing a specific area, object or person? Actually hold on BoTW Link’s stasis works exactly the same way so lemme check what it’s listed as there
 
Yeah Link’s stasis is only capable of freezing a very specific target but it gets listed as time stop, so the same applies here.
 
It isn’t even listed as limited actually, so that pre-cursor doesn’t apply to Kenny’s time stop either

I mean in the gif for him yelling "STOP" his opponent is still shown to be wobbling slightly and was able to move his hands up before he kick them, not exactly time stop since they were still moving. although its still a hax and could fall under "Status Effect Inducement" similar to how Sans can completely stop the opponent in place by just not taking his turn which is put under Status effect inducement.

Probably just staggered forward a little, in verse it’s called a time stop and has that effect, so it’s more likely a botch that he still moves a little

Mistakes in timing happen in wrestling all the time, a stagger forward here, selling a move a little early there, here it’s both lol
