Actually, there might be a way.
Maybe calculate the size of one of those concert steel beams and multiply it by 4 and maybe you can get a nice result.

Each of the 4 beams shown in the clip are the exact same size, so whatever you get for one of them you can just multiply by 4.

The issue is all the in-between steel beam things. Would be an incredible pain to find the diameter and length of them all I'd think. If there is some information on their average weight, that'd go a long way.
Also, this at least got accepted at roughly 5 Kilojoules. Could be a nice supporting feat maybe.
