Processing An Infinite Universe's History

If someone perceived an entire universe's history in a short timeframe (Basically similar to this one DC Lucifer processing feat) with said universe being infinite in size, would they have Infinite perception/reaction speed since there would need to be an infinite amount of operations and bits, or do the operations and bits always remain finite regardless of the universe's size?
 
I don't think it's combat-applicable unless shown to be so.
I mean, you're perceiving every bit of the universe in a short timeframe, no? The mind would have to be able to react to everything it's able to process at it's peak, so I think it's fine to say it's perception/reaction speed regardless of if it's done in a fight or not.
 
I'm still going to need an answer if this is Infinite speed or not.
