Rules: They're both casual MHS right now so no need to equalize speed, but I'll do it anyways just in case. Both in character, morals o (otherwise Prime spams what I like to call her "OCTS/OCTA Combo" to no end and the match can't happen).

EDIT: Editing this just in case, but if anyone ever sees this, use Prime's weaker key, since she's now High 2-A at full power.
