Pretty quick question

If they just can't be seen, is probably resistance to precognition, so yes you can, unless they van't be seen due to not existing
 
I mean you didn't exactly say they don't have a fate yes?
They do have a fate, just that you won't see it.

It's also mentioned that their fate is constantly changing and doesn't follow any predestined paths.

They exist in future but you just can't see.

For the moderately strong you can see their future but they won't obey it, unless it leads to their victory. And their victory is one that cannot be overturned

Should still be able to manipulate it since there is still fate.

(Unless if the guy has fate manip resistence.)
