The Mach 1000 statement from the bike Selfish was a joke that Cure Diamond called out. That being said they could actually be that speed do some lightning timing (will go more into AP and Speed once I'm done the series).

Finished 45 eps of DokiDoki, might be able to finish the series, movie, and All Stars tomorrow, but I got studying to do so might not be able to binge. Since I don't want a super large post, I'll list the speed feats (in regards to base form) I've found in the first 45 eps (will add if I find anything in the last 4 eps or the film).
ep 4: dodged a sound beam which was confirmed to be sound.
ep 23: Regina's blast reaches a cloud in 1 second. 2,000 to 6,000 meters/second (Hypersonic to Hypersonic+.
Miracle Dragon Glaive is refered to as the spear of light. It's blast are light speed? Probably not, but thought I would mention it.
Now for the main speed level: Lightning timing. Bel's blast in ep 11 might have been an electric blast as you can hear sounds usually associated with electricity. This is clearer in the manga where you see sparks:
Several attack have electric components to them, but the biggest Lightning feat is Cure Sword reacting to King Selfish's black lightning in ep 21. It looks like lightning, comes from clouds, and this isn't the first time the series has used black lightning as seen in the Smile Pretty Cure light novel.
So, I think lightning timing makes sense for them.
Notes: 1) Yes, in ep 26 Ira was struck by two lightning bolts. The reason for this is he was just venting and didn't realize what was going to happen until just before it happened, he was closer to the clouds so it had less distance to cover. I mean, Regina would have got hit by King Selfish's lightning in the Sword feat I mentioned above despite being of similar speed to Sword and how she only needed to move a bit to dodge compared to Sword running up and saving her. So a similar case could be made for Ira. Also, this event seems like an outlier since the lightning itself sevearlly injured Ira despite him being at least building level.

Pretty Cure Scaling Part 6 (DokiDoki):
10x is the number important for scaling the Cures up (only 2x for Ace since she was already so far above them).
Speed: Going to go off of the lightning feats, this increase would make them Sub-Relativistic. In Resolved form, they should reach Sub-Relativistic+. Higher in Engaged and Parthenon.
Lifting Strength: Ace and Heart hold up King Selfish's foot when he tries to crush them. Using the square-cubed law, King Selfish should be about 1.655284725x10^10kg. They didn't lift him off the ground, just stopped themselves from getting crushed. So, the Cures are possibly Class G.
AP: Would only get 2x off of Regina's feat since the Cures (sans Ace) needed to reach that point in the first place. That said, since Resolved is 5x, that means even the base Cures back than would be 8-B, than 8-A once they get the 5x boost and they stay in 8-A after the 2x (all this not counting Melan's feat). For Resolved form, they would be low 7-C.
And now for the Big Bang Statement. "Any girl with a powerful enough emotion to protect others can become a Precure! And that power can rival even our universe's Big Bang!". This was spoken by Jonathan in the last episode. So, this could have two meanings:
1) the cures individually rival the big bang (unlikely that's what he meant give we see Parthenon mode, though thanks to All Stars this would be true).
2) Parthenon Heart who absorbed all the other Cures powers and was curbstomping Proto-Selfish.
So, what do we know? Well, we know that Proto-Selfish conquered the universe, which while that fact alone wouldn't make a character universal, it does give the context of it being possible. While Jonathan could know the actual power of the big bang (same way we do), it could also just be hyperbole. I lean more towards probably just hyperbole, but what do you think.

@Jasonsith just did. To be clear, the manga was just supporting evidence to what Bel's blast was, since it seemed to be electric based but was a little unclear.

You're right, though her "angel" things should be moved to her ultra key.

Most of her angel related abilities happened in her base form, so I believe it can stay. Though, maybe I should move her size ability into the Ultra key.
