Pre-TS Luffy Upgrade

This has been bugging me for a while now. Rob Lucci has Small Town level durability according to his profile, shouldn't this make Gear Second Luffy Small town level too? Possibly higher with G3 seeing as Lucci almost lost conciessness after being hit with it.

This would also scale off to Magellan, Pre-TS Law and Kid, and possibly Zoro and Sanji with there respective power-ups.

Any thoughts?

He's small town level with base combination attacks (see gomu gomu no Storm), and small town level with the golden ball.


And yes, he should be scaled to small town level for G2 at least.

Well, I don't know if Lucci's statistics are correct, or if Luffy's and the others statistics are correct in this case? If all of the other profiles say something else, it seems more likely that Lucci hould be adjusted however.

Lucci's rokuougan is stated by Luffy to be equal to Wiper's Reject Dial, making it small town level in potency.

Antvasima, Wiper's Reject dial was calculated at 2 kilotons. Luffy took the first Rokuougan and compared it to the Reject dial, first the impact, then stating the force to be much greater and thus close to the reject. The second Rokuougan was clearly more powerful but we can't determine more than that so he's small town level.


Luffy also had 2 small town level feats separate of his gears, the golden rifle and the gomu gomu no storm. Granted, one was situational and the other was a combination attack but considering his growth from Alabasta to EL and his gears being matched by Lucci (G2 at least), Lucci is certainly small town level and hence, Luffy is too.
