You could put Base 3 at 5-A but I still want to be rather conservative with it, but there's enough evidence for both. 5A+ Black sounds fine, but I dunno about 4-C White, where does that come from?

He defeated all 4 of the other Dino Rangers in one battle. Tanked a hit from Conner in Super Dino Mode.

Low 4C or Top Tier 5A

5-A is a very large category so I think it's fine to keep him at 5-A unless we have feats to support being higher.

I also do want to look over the SPD stuff to see if anything can scale to Omni, who would have the Low 4-C feat now.

When updating the Attack Potency values, please remember to update the related statistics as well, in this case likely tier, durability, and striking strength. When necessary, the tier categories at the bottom of the page should be updated as well:
