If character A used a Power Nullifying attack and character B created a barrier to block it, would character A's attacks nullify character B's forcefield or would character B's forcefield block it like any other attack?

Depends, is the Power Null Attack stated to nullify the power of whatever it touches? And has the barrier shown to be able to resist power nulling attacks. If its the first one then the attack goes through, if it's the second then it's blocked.
It's a beam that can null/seal a lot of things, notably Discord and all his powers.well there another question that maybe related to this thread that if power null interact with intangibility can it null intang ?
Then a barrier would probably still work. It has nullification by hitting its target and nulling/sealing them along with their powers.
