Okay, I don't know what the hell it is he did here. That's what this CRT is for; I was wondering if there were any powers on the wiki that this instance would easily fall into. Because I've got nothing.

It could be Morality Manipulation, what with the general implication of the premise (Making people stop doing crimes and those kinds of things). That sounds like the safest comparison.
