At the moment, the Tarrasque's AP is considered to be Town Level because it is "Comparable to the breath attack of a Dragon" which was calced at that level. However, this is simply not true. The breath attack in question was a 20d6 attack, while the Tarrasque's bite is only 4d8+17. Which while still high, is MUCH lower than the example breath attack.
There also seems to be a misunderstanding in terms of it's speed. While it is true that the Tarrasque can move over thirty metres in a round, a round is measured in six seconds, not one. So a tarrasque would only be able to move 7.5 metres in a second. Not 30.
