As for Manhattan, the Regen upgrade is from Doomsday Clock #9.


To summarise;

• Adding extra justifications to Cap Atom, and time space ability
• Adding unknown physically to Doc Manhattan
• Upgrading his Regen to high. (If anyone has any other suggestions, I am open to it)
