Also I reiterate that even if this scaling got through it would be "2-A, possibly High 2-A" (which is Serge's tier) as opposed to "At least 2-A, possibly High 2-A".

The reasoning: At least Multiverse level+, possibly High Multiverse level+ (The possibly High 2-A Chrono Cross wasn't enough to beat it by itself and they channeled its own power against it as well with Frozen Flame). If that's the case i agree and i'm sorry for the previous storm.
