More likely "At least 7-B" Doomsday. The island was smaller than the city, though he was repeatedly replicating nuke-level explosions after absorption of some of the nuke's energy, and the government mentioned he would be "unkillable" due to simply absorbing the energy of everything they could throw at him, becoming stronger and stronger.Matthew Schroeder said:

Anway, after Doomsday absorbs the nuclear energy, Supes and Wonder Woman are still able to fight him and trade blows. They can't PERMANENTLY hurt him (because regen and being unable to permanently die without kryptonite), but as I said before, Supes manages to smash him through some buildings and Wonder Woman slices off his hand.
